This document is a draft version provided for operational demonstration of the ISPmix platform. It must be customized and approved by qualified legal counsel in each ISP’s operating jurisdiction before formal adoption.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the ISPmix multi-tenant broadband management system, tenants, ISPs, staff members, and end-user subscribers acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms, applicable local telecommunications laws, and licensing conditions.

2. Multi-Tenant Service Model

ISPmix operates as a software provider facilitating billing, network configuration, and subscriber management. Each ISP operates as an independent data controller and service provider responsible for its own subscriber agreements, network performance, and regulatory compliance.

3. Billing and Payment Processing

Customer internet fees are assessed and collected directly by the respective ISP tenant. ISPmix provides the software automation and gateway adapters (such as bKash, Nagad, and bank integrations) but does not hold customer escrow funds. Financial disputes regarding service connections are handled between the subscriber and the ISP.

4. Acceptable Network Use

Tenants agree not to utilize the platform for illegal packet interception, unauthorized data transmission, or deceptive billing practices. ISPmix reserves the right to suspend platform access for tenants engaged in verified malicious activities.
